Anti Motorcycle Lifting Staff and Investigation Police Satto Kattla have busted two gangs of motorcycle lifter and recovered four stolen motorcycles and illegal weapons from their possession.

According to a Punjab Police's spokesman the accused had confessed to commit more than one dozen incidents of Motorcycle lifting in various areas of the city. Kashif alias Kashi gang was nabbed by a special team headed by DSP Anti Motorcycle Lifting Staff, Khalil Ahmad on a tip off.

The arrested gang members were identified as ring leader Kashif alias Kashi, Mohsin, Iqbal and Usman. The police also recovered three stolen motorcycles, two Pistols and bullets from their possession. The culprits used to snatch motorcycle on gunpoint and escaped from the scene.

The members of the Ashraf alias Achoo gang were also arrested by an investigation team of Satto Katla from Defence Road and recovered one stolen motorcycle along with illegal weapon from their possession. Around eight cases had been traced against them in various police stations. The arrested gang members were identified as Ashraf, Emanuel Mashih, Pervaiz and Rafique.
